Didn’t know I needed this until I got it.
I was using silicone mats and thought they were fine — until I tried these. Now I feel like I’ve been living in the dark ages. These Slides just… work. My candy doesn’t stick, the cleanup’s nothing, and I’m not wrestling with mats partially stuck to my trays anymore. If you’ve got an XL freeze dryer, just get these. No regrets.
